Apptnet is seeking experienced IT recruiters to join their team. We are looking for professionals who can source, screen and place top talent in Latin America and the US.

We are looking for candidates who have:
* 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in an agency setting or high-growth environment
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse IT roles
* Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong pipelines of candidates and leveraging various sourcing tools to find top talent. You will also evaluate applicants, conduct initial screening interviews and maintain data accuracy in our ATS.
