You'll prospect, run tight discovery, do short narrative demos, and close straightforward Team+ deals. Self-serve stays on the websites; you own outbound and expansions.ICP (who you'll sell)U. S. SMB/mid-market: Heads/VPs of Marketing, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, e Comm Managers, Rev Ops in non-regulated industries. Natural cross-sell between products.What you'll doSelf-source 60–80% of pipeline via email/phone/Linked In + short Looms; re-engage warm leads fast.Run discovery (why change / impact / timeline ≤90 days), do a 5–8 min demo, propose paid pilots, and close Team+ plans.Build segmented lead lists and sequences; log clean notes; share weekly insights; surface cross-sell opportunities.Drive a close plan on every late-stage opp (dates, owners, legal/security steps).How we measure success (outcomes, not busywork)Ramp:Month 1 → 4–8 Qualified Meetings; 2–3 SAOs; 1 early win ideal.Month 2 → 12–18 QMH; 6–8 SAOs; 1–3 wins.Steady state (M3+): 12–20 QMH / 6–10 SAOs / 2–4 wins per month.Cash-in:US$8k–$15k+/mo once ramped (grows as we dial in).Quality gates we care about:Show ≥70%
