Business Systems Migration Lead
The ideal candidate for this position will lead the end-to-end SAP technical migration activities with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of a global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.

Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical migration tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to migrate SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA migration best practices and standards.

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical migration, with at least 5 years in a technical migration or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Business Systems Migration Lead to manage all technical activities of other technical resources.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
