Marketing Manager
Airswift is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our clients team (Drilling Services company) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil .
This position will play a key role in developing the Brazilian market, building relationships with oil companies, and managing bidding processes for drilling and workover services.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop the Brazilian market for drilling and workover services.
* Liaise with oil companies in Brazil to explore cooperation opportunities.
* Organize bidding processes and prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
* Conduct market research on service pricing and formulate pricing proposals.
* Ensure compliance with Brazilian energy industry policies, environmental regulations, and bidding laws.
* Represent the company in meetings and industry events to promote services.
* Monitor cost structures and assist in commercial cost estimation.
Requirements
* Brazilian citizen or valid local residency status in compliance with labor laws.
* Bachelor's degree or above; majors related to oil and gas exploration and development preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 3 years in market development.
* Previous experience with Big Four oilfield service companies, international oil companies, or leading local energy companies in Brazil.
* Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Brazil.
* Familiarity with Brazilian energy policies, environmental regulations, and bidding laws.
* Proficiency in cost estimation and tender document preparation.
Location: Rio de Janeiro, with occasional business trips across Brazil.
