Role Overview
* We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Brazil.
* This individual will be responsible for owning overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships.
About the Role
* The Account Manager will enable successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identify and execute on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team.
* They will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Our ideal candidate will be a champion for our customers and work with internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
* They will monitor client engagement and utilization of Conduit's services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* The Account Manager will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients - ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.

* You have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* You are committed to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* You have a demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* You possess strong communication and presentation skills.
* You can think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
