Luxoft has a leading practice in Calypso project services.
We deliver end-to-end projects across all major asset classes and sectors, including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Establish an integrated approach to defining, setting up, or troubleshooting issues arising from day-to-day activities on a greenfield Calypso instance
 * Develop solutions to Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements
 * Create and deliver assigned projects / tasks and revise as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
 * Manage methodology and best practices for BO / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements
 * Ensure supporting documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
 * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the project(s)
 * Submit status reports to stakeholders; coordinate updates to steering committees
 * Collaborate with key functional or business stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes/deliverables in relation to the strategic and transformational book of work
 * Manage deliverables ensuring transparency of risks, issues, and dependencies aligned to functional / business owners
Acting as a business analyst may be required to help the team gather and write requirements, acceptance criteria.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience and qualifications for this role include:
 * At least 2 years of experience working in Capital Markets and on Calypso
 * Strong knowledge of accounting principles
 * Deep knowledge of Financial products cross assets
 * Proven track record of delivery of accounting and finance related solutions within Calypso
 * Experience of adherence to governance frameworks / implementation and handover to BAU
 * Proven experience in the development of BO/Accounting/Finance related solutions within Calypso and wider client business processes
 * Comprehensive knowledge of trade flow, trading systems, and related concepts and technology, including valuation and client/market risk management
 * Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act in an entrepreneurial manner to ensure the requirements from the business are gathered appropriately
 * Proven analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 * Comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
 * Experience with working in a highly collaborative and dynamic multi-team environment
 * Spanish language proficiency (mandatory)
