SAP Technical Cutover Management
* Main Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management office to guide the team's efforts for successful localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.
* Traceability Management: Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more), prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical defects, excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
Key Qualifications: A strong background in SAP technology, software implementation, technical consulting and system integration is required. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks and work effectively in fast-paced environments are essential skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
