Business Growth Associate
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting activities using various channels to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Outreach: Conduct phone calls, emails, and social media interactions (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
* Inbound Lead Generation: Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
* Market Research: Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our product.
* Customer Support: Handle inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
* Sales Process: Follow up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.
* Data Analysis: Regularly report and analyze sales and marketing data, providing insights into lead sources, quality, and conversion rates to improve sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles, is preferred.
* B2B Software Sales: Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the rendering industry and related technologies, is advantageous.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.
* Team Player: Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency.
