We are seeking an experienced Video Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting issues related to video delivery on various platforms. They will also be required to analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
In addition, the candidate will build custom Python scripts to simulate app launch, login, and playback behavior. They will also be responsible for triaging complex issues across various applications responsible for video delivery and setting up dashboards and configuring alerts to monitor the health of the ecosystem.
This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail. The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering team to resolve complex issues and improve the overall performance of the video delivery system.
