 
        
        IT Support Analyst Role
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide remote computer and IT system support to employees. This role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work efficiently individually and as part of a larger team.
Key Responsibilities
 * Analyze issues and develop solutions
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
 * Ensure customers are updated on ticket progress
 * Work remotely with customers to resolve problems
 * Utilize internal knowledge base to provide and find solutions to known issues
 * Research and resolve issues using external information when needed
 * Update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 * Evaluate and escalate issues to necessary parties as required
Qualifications
 * Associate's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
 * Deliver IT solutions within a corporate environment
 * Experience working in mixed Mac and Windows environments
 * Familiarity with advertising and marketing industries, centrally managed environments, and supporting A/V systems
