What You'll Do
Build from zero: Stand up internal marketing-agency systems, analytics stacks, and repeatable processes—often with no existing playbook.
Automate & optimize: Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and deploy no-code/low-code, AI, or integration tools (Cursor, Replit, Zapier, Make, GPT, etc.) to streamline them.
Turn data into insight: Design dashboards and translate numbers into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
Ship & educate: Draft launch content, craft go-to-market strategies, and create user-friendly training to ensure adoption.
