This position reports directly to the Procurement Director and plays a key role in the planning and execution of strategic investment projects.Your day at IMSALead the coordination and monitoring of CAPEX projects, across our multiple manufacturing sites, with a strong focus on civil works and infrastructure development.Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and scope, following Global Procurement standards.Oversee construction phases, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, finance, and on-site execution.Maintain updated project dashboards, schedules, and documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder visibility.Organize and facilitate regular meetings with contractors, engineering teams, and global/local stakeholders to ensure progress and resolve issues.Monitor CAPEX spending and support budget forecasting, control, and investment justificationWhat we're looking for:University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.At least 5 years’ experience coordinating investment projects, especially in civil works and infrastructure.Strong command of SAP (project tracking, purchase requests, payment follow-up).Solid knowledge of construction processes and site management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Advanced level of English (spoken and written).Making a difference in the lives of millions means we succeed by working together.
