We are Invenergy.**Job Description****About The Site**Wind power generation facility located near to Guanambi or Caetité, Bahia.**POSITION OVERVIEW**As a Site Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for managing the technical team, cost management, safety management, and contract management, serving as the focal point for direct negotiations.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.* Coordinate all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.* Coordinate resources availability with aplicable areas.* Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.* Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.* Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).* Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.* Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipments.**REQUIRED SKILLS*** Language proficiency in English, both verbal and written.* Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and hold a valid CFT’s License.* Minimum of four 3 years of WTG O&M field management experience* Strong knowledge in WTG O&M contract management.* Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.**DESIRED SKILLS*** Hold an engineering degree.* Hold a MBA degree in project management or related field.Important point: Establish residence near the project location - Guanambi/BA or Caetité/BA.Invenergy drives innovation in energy.
