Key Account Manager Role
The main objective of this position is to define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Optimizing inventory, availability, and competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiating conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Analyzing demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with demand from our agency network.
* Providing advice on online marketing and direct sales.
* Identifying business opportunities in terms of new products, offers, or services, in coordination with department heads and the Business Acceleration area.
You will excel in this role if you possess:
* A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
* A degree in tourism or a related field.
* Customer orientation.
* Negotiation skills.
* An advanced level of English.
