Your role and responsabilities:
* Architect, implement, and optimize VCF 5.2 solutions tailored for complex enterprise environments.
* Serve as a trusted SME, advising on automation, security, and cloud strategy.
* Collaborate with executives and technical stakeholders to align cloud solutions to business outcomes.
* Lead end‐to‐end design across compute, storage, networking, and automation layers.
* Work hands-on with vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite, vRA, and vRO.
* Mentor consultants and architects while setting the standard for technical excellence.
* Deliver advanced workshops, thought leadership, and support pre-sales engagements.
* Ensure successful, on-time delivery of large transformation programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Deep expertise in VCF 5.2 architecture, deployment, and operations.
* Proven experience Azure cloud implementations.
* Strong command of modern VMware technologies and automation frameworks.
* Ability to design complex, resilient infrastructure aligned to business needs.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
* Advanced English.
Bonus Skills
* VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, VCDX).
* Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-native architectures.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud modernization strategies.
