Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership & Strategic Planning: Manage daily operations and team productivity of the integration solutions department.
* Project Coordination & Execution: Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of integration projects involving external API service providers.
* Solution Design Optimization: Analyze customer needs to ensure seamless system connectivity.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in technical integration or system implementation with a strong understanding of APIs, hardware products, apps etc.
