Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry
Sweden needs skilled engineers. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, inform them about the benefits of living and working there, and build trust with suitable candidates.
To move to another country is a big step, so a lot of your job will be to support candidates throughout the relocation process. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles practical relocation matters.
In short we assist with visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related logistics. Our clients primarily operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will plan and execute your work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. Responsibilities
Identify and attract engineers for Sweden-based roles; build a strong network of local IT talent.
Build trust with candidates and effectively communicate the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
Coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery management team and executive management.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment activities.
Understand client needs and manage recruitment requests through to completion.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies; ability to learn main ideas of new technologies.
Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
Self-confident, sociable, motivated and capable of handling rejection.
Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
Employment Terms
Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months; eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex; paid holidays with maintained pay.
20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
Location: Remote work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
