About the Position
The Business Development Manager is accountable for growing and retaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
* Customer Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
* Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Performance:
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
