Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, ideally in the final year (last 12 months) of study. We welcome all fields of study, especially Business, Engineering, Economics, or related management and analytical disciplines with a strong strategic focus. Demonstrated ability to conduct structured analysis and break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components. Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with data analysis and basic modeling in Excel or Google Sheets. Proactive, “get‑it‑done” attitude, combined with high intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving business problems. Strong interest in the technology industry, digital media, and the competitive landscape of social platforms. Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications Prior internship experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or finance. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data‑visualization tools (like Tableau, Looker) is a plus, but not required. Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or other projects. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
