About this role
We are looking for a Business Technical Service Analyst with expertise in PL/SQL to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and expectations, and providing technical support and services.
As a key member of our team, you will participate in the evaluation process of client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
You will also be responsible for converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications, presenting them internally and externally, and securing requirement sign-off. Additionally, you will gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from Service Desk and assist with documentation maintenance for client system environments.
In this role, you will take part in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.

Required skills and qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing
