Senior Agile Coach - Customer Data Ecosystem

About the Role:
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile methodologies.
* Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks and principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
