Job Specific Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL server, deployed on Windows Server IIS.
Work on incidents, requests and problem tickets
Manage production deployments
Manage major incidents
Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures
Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users
Qualifications
Competencies
Technical Skills and Proficiency
5 to 7 years of Software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQL
Must have experience in ASP.NET using C#, .NET Fx 4.0 / 3.5, JavaScript, MVC 4, WCF, Web Services, HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, Java Script.
Extensive experience with Windows 10, Server 2016 / 2022, SQL Database, Advanced IIS and Active Directory.
Knowledge in IIS apppool management, powershell, webfarming (load balancing), High availability (clustering)
Analyzing IIS and Windows event logs to diagnose application, configuration, or server issues, performance monitoring
Experience in TCP / IP and in troubleshooting Network Issues. Network management and basic knowledge of switches, routers and firewalls
IDE & Tools: VS 2017 / 2019, GIT / GITLab
Good to Have (Optional)
Programming: VB.Net, Ext JS, XAML
Microsoft Certified Professional (or related certification)
A+ and Network+ Certifications
