Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of wind turbines, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute daily work demands based on job lists and schedules for all service technicians.
* Understand each task scope, read and validate, and deliver work instructions.
* Assist supervisors and be responsible for verifying the availability of all necessary tools and parts before actual working days, while performing periodic safety checks on equipment and tools that work synergistically with the Scheduler and Stockeeper.
* Inform the supervisor of daily tasks in the field.
* Document and transmit customer requirements or requests to the local supervisor.
Qualifications:
* Techncial degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar courses.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a commercial-industrial mechanical or electrical environment.
* Possess leadership skills.
* Knowledge and skills in Problem-Solving Tools and Decision-Making.
* Knowledge in Quality Tools.
* Possess a driver's license.
Required Skills:
