Project Details
Be part of a strategic Human Resources Technology team responsible for the configuration, administration, and technical support of UKG/Kronos systems. You'll be working primarily across the Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Core HR modules, ensuring optimal system performance, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
This is a key role focused on data integrity, operational efficiency, and the evolution of HR technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure business rules, workflows, time policies, and benefit plans
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to gather and implement requirements
* Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and validate new configurations
* Document system setups, changes, and key processes
* Stay informed on UKG updates and proactively suggest enhancements
Required Skills
* 3+ years of technical experience with UKG/Kronos
* 1+ year of experience configuring and maintaining time clocks
* 1+ year of experience in at least one HCM module (ideally Workday – Payroll, Benefits Compensation, etc.)
* Advanced English level
* Location : São Paulo or Contagem, Brazil
