Electrical Team Lead
* Leadership oversight of Electrical BIM model development, coordination, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
* Technical support, quality checks, and mentorship for the Electrical BIM team members.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams for effective model coordination and clash-free deliverables.
* Regular model audits, data checks, and quality control reviews to ensure high-quality output.
* BIM-related documentation preparation and timely delivery.
* Integration of BIM with other digital tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
* Process improvement proposals to optimize BIM efficiency and team productivity.
* At least 2 years of experience in Electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical discipline).
* Strong expertise using Navisworks for clash detection, coordination, and model review.
* Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as BIM 360, ACC, Bluebeam, and others.
* Able to lead, mentor, and guide junior team members while maintaining high-quality output.
