Profile: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Consultant to lead the sales and business development efforts for our line of X-ray inspection systems and security screening equipment.
This role involves identifying opportunities, managing client relationships (especially in government and infrastructure sectors), and driving the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Strong relationship with key customers, partners and distributors to develop public and private markets, promote the New Business portfolio of Dahua in all region under your responsibility.
Respect and teamwork aligned with the general company politics, KPI´s and sales Target.
Key responsibilities Develop account plans to achieve goals and exceed sales quotaDevelop relationships with key decision makers, key customers and partnersConsistently build and deliver on an accurate national pipelineConstant travels for customer meetings, homologations and eventsPresentation of Business report and accurate forecast when requestedAttend 100% the company strategy Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience building and managing the relationship within the public and private segments clientProven ability to sell Intelligent Metro station Security Screening solution, Smart Railway Security Inspection solution, and Smart Logistic Inspection SolutionExperience with the Security Screening Machine, UAV, Metal Detector, EAS system, AM/RF/Alarming Tags, Labels in the marketA proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stabilityExperience in closing dealsExcellent presentation skillsGoal oriented and customer satisfaction, with vast interpersonal skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoringEnglish fluent
