This role elevates the hotel’s visibility across all digital touchpoints, drives direct revenue growth, and safeguards brand integrity in alignment with Sofitel standards. As a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, this role reports to the General Manager and combines strategic vision with analytical rigor, ensuring the hotel is positioned as a preferred destination for discerning travelers, meetings, and social events.What You Will DoDigital Strategy & Direct Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute a comprehensive e‑commerce strategy to maximize direct bookings and optimize digital conversionDrive performance across brand.com, OTA channels, luxury consortia platforms, and paid mediaOversee website content, digital platforms optimization, booking engine performance, and SEO/SEM initiativesManage digital campaigns with a strong ROI focus, including paid search, display, retargeting, and metasearchMonitor digital KPIs (conversion, traffic, pace, channel mix) and provide actionable insightsBrand & PositioningProtect and elevate the hotel’s luxury positioning across all digital and print platformsEnsure all content reflects the hotel’s identity, storytelling, and service ethosCollaborate with global/brand teams to ensure compliance with brand standards and campaignsLead content creation including photography, video, social storytelling, and partnership activationsSocial Media & Content MarketingCurate a refined and aspirational social presence aligned with luxury traveler expectationsDevelop an annual content calendar supporting key revenue periods, F&B activations, spa offerings, and seasonal experiencesFoster influencer, media, and strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibilityPerformance Marketing & AnalyticsOwn monthly digital performance reporting and budget trackingAnalyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer behaviorIdentify new digital opportunities to enhance share of voice and market shareWork closely with Revenue Management to align digital strategy with pricing and demand periodsCross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to support need periods, group campaigns, and F&B initiativesSupport hotel’s pre‑opening positioning strategiesAct as the hotel’s digital champion, driving innovation and best practicesQualificationsWhat You Will Bring5+ years in luxury hospitality marketing, e‑commerce, or digital commerceProven track record driving direct revenue, digital campaigns, and brand.com performanceExperience with booking engines, OTAs, digital distribution, loyalty programs, and CRM campaignsAnalytical expertise in KPIs, revenue performance, and campaign ROILuxury brand sensibility with strategic commercial acumenFluent in English and Portuguese; French is a plusMulti‑property or pre‑opening experience is advantageousAdditional InformationHow You Will ShineExpress entrepreneurial spirit and leadership while embodying the French Art de VivreDemonstrate humble excellence through a distinguished presence, refined savoir‑faire, and meticulous attention to detail (Cousu Main)Be a passionate team player — warm, sociable, and genuinely caring toward othersExhibit a strong sense of luxury by creating meaningful stories, rituals, and traditionsEmbrace a true Francophile mindset, showing curiosity and appreciation for French language, culture, history, and cuisineDemonstrate open‑mindedness, creativity, and a spirit of innovationAct as a cultural link by engaging with local arts, gastronomy, fashion, and contemporary designChampion committed luxury with a strong sense of care and responsibility
