Job Title: IT Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to provide on-site technical support. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
This is a long-term contract position that involves monitoring system health, supporting network devices, troubleshooting VOIP phones and managing basic server tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations following SLA guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking and hardware troubleshooting.
* Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows 2003 servers Enterprise/Standard Edition, UNIX & Linux.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Solarwinds.
