To support in the efficient delivery of logistics and warehouse services in line with the Company’s procedures and local regulations.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:
- Support the Procurement manager on all in country logistics activities in line with company procedures and policies.
- Collect, file and forward all applicable certificates, data books, packing lists and commercial invoices related to shipments, goods, material and equipment.
- Support the Storekeeper to keep warehouse inventory onshore updated at all times.
- Expedite and track all executed Purchase Orders and Contracts to ensure goods, equipment, materials and spare parts are delivered in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate all import/export, in country and offshore activities with the designated company logistic agent(s) to ensure goods are cleared and delivered in timely manner.
- Co-ordinate all in land transportation the designated transport company.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements as it relates to all company consigned goods, equipment, materials and spares.
- Assist with tasks not included in the Job Description as required.
- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
- Advice Procurement manager of all matters that he/she has reason to believe should be brought to his/her attention.
- Be fully updated on YP Management System and carry out all activities according to YP Management System.
- Periodic visits to the onshore warehouse
- Adhere to Yinson Productions Code of Business Ethics, YMW-0013 YHB.
- Adhere to Yinson Productions Anti Bribery AC Policy, YMS-0015 YHB
**Requisitos e qualificações**:
- A degree qualification in Logistics/ Foreign Trade.
- Fluent in English.
**Skills & Experiences**
- 3 years of experience as a material and/or logistic coordinator, preferably with focus on the maritime industry.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of O&G processes, components and supply chain management
Desirable:
- Able to handle IFS (ERP) In-House procurement system.
- Relevant Import/Export (REPETRO) and logistics experience.
- Working knowledge of Brazil Local content Policy.
