Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations. This role involves managing SLAs, incident processes, on-call and skills coverage, SOPs, configuration management, SLA metrics and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have experience in managed services or IT operations. They should have strong communication skills in English and the ability to discuss technical topics with engineers.
