Service Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Professional to oversee our service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.
* Design and implement a robust on-call coverage plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery, Managed Services, IT Operations or Enterprise Support serving external customers.
2. Experience maintaining configuration/environment data for customer systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
