Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of our service operations. This includes designing and maintaining on-call and coverage plans, owning incident management processes, defining and monitoring key service metrics, and acting as an incident lead/coordinator during major incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain on-call and coverage plans to ensure all critical skills are available when needed.
* Owning the incident management process for your accounts, including priorities, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
Skills And Qualifications
1. 5+ years in a Service Delivery or Managed Services role serving external customers (not only internal IT)
