Key Responsibilities
Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, and YouTubeMonitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM) and optimize accordinglySet up and manage targeting, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategiesConduct creative testing and performance reportingCoordinate with content and design teams for ad creativesImplement A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pagesMonitor pixel and conversion tracking setupStay up to date with platform algorithm changes and media buying trends Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google and Youtube mandatory; Meta is a strong bonus)Strong knowledge of ad platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube AdsProven experience with lead Gen campaignsFamiliarity with performance metrics and campaign testing strategiesStrong analytical skills and confidence in handling campaign reportsExcellent English communication and collaboration skillsBonus: experience using TripleWhale, Hyros, or other attribution platforms We Offer:
