Account Manager — CommerceV3 (LATAM)Company DescriptionCommerceV3 (CV3) is a leading e-commerce platform and full-service agency powering over $1 billion in annual transactions for 500+ specialty retail brands across the United States. Our integrated \"Agency 2.0\" model combines platform technology with revenue optimization services, powered by strategic partnerships with best-in-class tools for behavioral personalization and email marketing.The OpportunityWe are looking for a driven, client-first Account Manager based in Latin America to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of US-based specialty retail brands, responsible for both retaining and growing client revenue. You will help our clients unlock the full value of CV3's platform and agency services — acting as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and problem solver.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Retention & GrowthOwn a portfolio of US-based specialty retail brand accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and relationship manager.Conduct regular business reviews, track performance metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to expand the client's use of CV3 services.Drive contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells by deeply understanding each client's business goals and recommending tailored solutions.Monitor client health signals and act quickly to resolve issues, escalate risks, and retain at-risk accounts.Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, marketing services, platform) to deliver on client commitments.New Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, growing revenue through additional platform features, agency services, and technology partnerships.Support the new business pipeline by participating in discovery calls, preparing proposals, and contributing to RFP responses.Build and maintain a strong understanding of CV3's competitive positioning versus platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and marketplace-first models.Represent CV3's value proposition — including integrations with behavioral optimization and email marketing partners — persuasively and accurately.Contribute to the development of case studies, testimonials, and referral programs in coordination with marketing.What We're Looking ForRequired3–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales — ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital marketing.Fluent in English (written and spoken) — all client communication is conducted in English with US-based brands.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously with a high degree of organization and follow-through.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.Strong commercial acumen — comfortable discussing ROI, revenue impact, and business strategy with mid-market clients.Comfortable working remotely and autonomously across time zones aligned with US business hours.PreferredExperience working with US-based clients or companies from a LATAM location.Background in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or similar).Familiarity with digital marketing services — email, CRO, personalization, or paid media.Experience managing clients in specialty retail, food & beverage, gifts, or apparel verticals.Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus but not required.What Success Looks LikeNet Revenue Retention (NRR) above target across your book of business.High client satisfaction scores and documented improvements in client health.A growing pipeline of upsell and expansion opportunities.Timely, accurate reporting on account status and risks.Strong cross-functional relationships with internal CV3 teams.Why Join CV3Work with an established, growing company processing over $1B in annual e-commerce transactions.Be part of a tight-knit team where your work has a direct and visible impact.Fully remote role with flexibility — work from anywhere in Latin America.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of premium US specialty retail brands.Competitive compensation with performance-based upside.
