Agile Facilitator Role
As an Agile Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration and efficiency across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Optimization & Coordination:
* Leads the development and implementation of lean-agile processes.
* Manages program-level cadence and ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt)
* Facilitates problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Coaching & Mentoring:
* Trains teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in agile principles.
* Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk & Impediment Management:
* Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.
* Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Flow & Value Delivery:
* Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.
* Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* JIRA is a must-have knowledge.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
* Links business strategy to technical execution.
