Marketing Opportunity: Healthcare Community Outreach

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in a mission-driven role that combines marketing expertise with community impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract qualified doctors to underserved communities. This includes identifying key messaging angles, leveraging data to highlight regional demand, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.

Once doctors are placed, the Marketing Specialist will lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing. This will involve running digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc) to build awareness and trust, managing content creation (bios, testimonials, practice spotlights, ads, video assets) with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling, and establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in marketing, good language skills in English, and experience in marketing agencies or start-ups. You should also have B2B + B2C experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for healthcare or community building.

1. About the Role: The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist role involves two high-impact phases: attracting quality doctors to underserved communities and helping doctors build their practice and patient base.

2. Your Responsibilities: Designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes, and measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data.

3. Your Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing, good language skills in English, experience in marketing agencies or start-ups, B2B + B2C experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for healthcare or community building.

* Must-Haves: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms.
