We are looking for a professional with beginner experience in Cost Control activities and administration, capable of ensuring the accuracy of costs data input and processing.
Responsibilities:
* Posting of direct costs into the financial system ensuring accuracy and proper classification.
* Verification of invoice data for validation and compliance before payment execution.
* Continuous update of the finance system with all relevant data for the payment process.
* Verification and reconciliation of reports regarding direct costs and invoices for system control.
* Preparation and analysis of supplier reports and KPI dashboards (including pending postings, cost trends, and credit notes).
* Identification of discrepancies in cost reconciliation and escalation for corrective actions.
* Support to management through the provision of accurate financial data and reports.
* Support to internal and external audits with documentation and clarification on cost-related processes.
Requirements:
* Degree or in course in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Proven experience in 1~2 years in cost control, accounts payable, or financial reconciliation.
* Intermediate excel skills (basic formulas, edition, formatting).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and trends in financial data.
* Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Professional communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Intermediate in English level (written and spoken) is a must (tests will be conducted during the screening process)
* High level of integrity and commitment to financial compliance and audit standards.
