A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.
The primary objective of this role is to support the smooth execution of client work, while maintaining a proactive approach to anticipating problems and finding solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.
