OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT IndustrySweden needs skilled engineers! For example, about 30 000 by 2030 according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. We currently have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, while building trust with suitable candidates.As a senior headhunter you will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics, and an executive management team in Sweden. Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Our aim is to fix everything for our employees—visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and more.Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.Work will be planned and executed with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates during relocation as part of a global recruitment team and Swedish management support.Coordinate relocation-related logistics with the Swedish delivery management team (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).Collaborate with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries to fill open positions.Contribute to a positive, solution-focused candidate experience and professional representation of the company.
Required competenceAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.Upper intermediate English.Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.
Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full time.Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays, with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
