* Strategic and operational management of the areas of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, benefits and payroll, and the company's Shared Services Center (SSC).
* Planning and implementation of human resources policies and practices aligned with organizational goals.
* Acting as a strategic partner in team leadership, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and occupational health standards.
* Promoting an inclusive and motivating work environment with a focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Managing HR metrics and data analysis to support decision-making.
* Coordinating onboarding programs, organizational climate initiatives, and talent retention strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation, performance management, training and development, recruitment and selection, among other HR subsystems.
* Good knowledge and experience in local compensation & benefit design and control and compliant Personnel Administration policy and standardization, good termination experience will be a plus
* Experience in labor union mgmt (with outside good consultant)
* Basic concept in digitalization project, experience will be a plus and in OD, TD areas is required, good knowledge and experience will be a big plus
* Experience in building SSC or working in China company or working in factories will be a plus
* Advanced English is essential.
* Availability to work 100% on-site in Pouso Alegre/MG.
