Responsibilities and duties
* Supervise the department's fixed costs, aiming to meet the set budget;
* Monitor and support the entire production team, ensuring work quality and maintaining plant qualifications;
* Manage and control product yields, avoiding losses in the manufacturing process;
* Ensure equipment availability for production by planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules;
* Guarantee the fulfillment of production plans to meet market demand;
* Ensure unit shipments meet deadlines;
* Motivate, retain, and train the team, fostering employee development, workplace safety, and achievement of set goals;
* Engage the team with the company's purpose.
Requirements and qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in the area is a plus.
Knowledge in MS Office and English is desirable.
