Execute activities of shipping, reception, inspection, and storage of goods, perform posting of tax invoices, warranty and casing processes, rotational inventory, and other activities according to need.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Internal and external customer service;
* Separate, inspect, issue tax invoices, and take care of merchandise transfer;
* Store merchandise, post tax invoices, attend to and receive suppliers, and perform return processes;
* Provide information to customers about product warranties and casings;
* Participate in and assist with inventories;
* Organize and clean the stock.
Requirements and qualifications: High school diploma, basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office experience.
Additional information:
Differentiators: Previous experience in the logistics area and related to the responsibilities. Complete graduation or studying courses such as Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP systems.
