Join our Regional Supply Chain team as a Senior Logistics Analyst. In this role, you will be a key player in our Southern Cone operations, managing the end-to-end flow of international goods. You aren't just moving freight;

Your Responsibilities
1. Strategic Coordination: Lead the end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring all shipments meet internal SLAs and project timelines.
2. Compliance & Documentation: Review and prepare complex international trade documentation, ensuring strict adherence to Brazilian customs legislation.
3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers, providing real-time visibility on delivery status and logistics milestones.
4. Vendor Performance: Manage relationships with freight forwarders and customs brokers, driving high performance and accountability.
5. Cost Optimization: Conduct bidding processes for spot shipments and proactively identify opportunities to reduce landed costs through commercial agreements and tax benefits.
6. Continuous Improvement: Maintain updated work instructions, analyze regional KPIs, and identify bottlenecks to streamline the logistics workflow.
7. Commercial Support: Participate in project kick-off meetings to provide logistics expertise to the sales team during the quoting phase.
What You Bring
8. Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
9. Experience: Solid background in international logistics, specifically within the Brazilian market.
10. Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Brazilian customs legislation and foreign trade regulations.
11. Language Skills: Advanced English is required for global collaboration; Spanish is a strong plus.
12. Systems: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
