Job Purpose and Impact
The Assistant Business Segment Controller will support the Controller's organization to build our accounting and finance strategy to ensure the financial reporting accurately reflects the business activities and follows accounting standards.
Also will be responsible to accurate control of accounts and records following policies by using broad knowledge of accounting principles and practices on food industry businesses.
You will analyze financial reports and take appropriate actions to safeguard our organization's assets.
In this role, you will be conducting complex process review and supporting process improvement initiatives to provide updates of key potential financial risks, and to ensure finance process effectiveness, compliance with regulations and policies.
Key Accountabilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Business Administration, and Economics.
Ability to identify and assess risks.
Ability to communicate, influence and build trust with partners at multiple levels in the organization.
Financial analysis skills
Related work experience on reviewing risks on processes from a financial reporting perspective
English required
Spanish desired
