Role: Training Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled training operations coordinator to join our team and support customers in Frankfurt.
As a key contact point for local stakeholders, you will coordinate training session delivery, manage all activities within the service, and work closely with the customer's learning delivery team.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze client-provided training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and sites.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the team for any changes or updates in training events/programs.
* Support training activity completion by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using our CRM tool.
* Provide Learner Support Level 2.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clear and concise thoughts.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or other LMS systems (an advantage).
* Fluent in English.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
