This is a ground-floor leadership role in one of the most exciting AdTech growth stories globally. AsCountry Head – LATAM, you’ll take full ownership of the region, laying the commercial foundation for a scalable and profitable mobile performance business.You will:
Own LATAM P&L, go-to-market, and leadership strategy.
Represent the brand across key markets (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina) and become a trusted partner to mobile-first brands and agencies.
Drive direct business growth with a focus onmobile performance campaigns(CPI, CPE, CPA, retargeting).
Build strong relationships with top DSPs, app marketers, developers, and agency decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams globally to shape localized solutions.
Build a lean but high-impact regional team over time.The Ideal Candidate
10+ years in digital media or AdTech, with at least 5 years in a senior commercial or regional leadership role.
Strong background inmobile performance marketing, ideally with experience in CPI/CPE/CPL models, app monetization, or OEM-based acquisition.
Deep understanding of the LATAM mobile ecosystem and digital consumer behavior.
Existing relationships with advertisers, app-first brands, and agencies across key LATAM markets.
Experience with programmatic platforms, mobile DSPs, and data-driven performance tools.
Entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and fluent in execution.
Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (ideally both), with strong English proficiency.Why Apply?
