About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a strong background in Windows-based infrastructure. This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for professionals based in Brazil who are seeking stability and continued involvement in complex, cloud-native projects.
As part of a global infrastructure and platform team, you will work on long-term initiatives focused on the automation, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems, contributing to strategic DevOps goals across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
* Support and manage Windows-based systems, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and domain configuration.
* Drive the implementation and maintenance of security tools and processes to protect cloud and on-prem environments.
* Contribute to the broader infrastructure with Linux system support (as needed).
* Manage containerized applications with Kubernetes.
* Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
* Collaborate with global teams to design resilient, scalable systems.
* Develop and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines.
Key Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in live production environments.
* Solid background in Windows Server administration and infrastructure.
* Deep knowledge of Active Directory, domain configuration, and Entra ID.
* Experience with cloud and infrastructure security principles, tools, and processes.
* Expertise with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
* Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
* Proficiency in monitoring/observability using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Based in Brazil.
* Must operate through a Limited Company or be willing to set one up.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with Linux system administration.
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
* Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
