However, all jobs at Virtual Latinos are hourly, and pay is calculated based on the number of hours worked daily. We pay our Virtual Professionals every 2 weeks through third-party platforms. The hourly rate range of the position is $10.50 - $17.50, depending on experience. Once a rate has been offered to you, it is non-negotiable.Work Schedule:The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client.
