This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve execution efficiency, standardize metrics, and enhance overall business performance.Key Responsibilities1. GTM Process Design & DocumentationDocument and refine key GTM execution processes, including:Lead and demand handoffsOpportunity and deal flowAdoption, renewals, and expansion motionsClarify ownership, handoffs, and stage expectations across teamsIdentify execution gaps, friction points, and inconsistenciesDevelop clear process maps, documentation, and lightweight playbooks2. GTM Metrics & Execution VisibilityDefine and standardize core GTM execution metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health, deal velocity, renewals)Ensure clear metric definitions and alignment across teamsBuild simple dashboards or reporting views to highlight execution risks and performance gapsAnalyze data and provide actionable insights to drive process improvements3. Cross-Functional CollaborationFacilitate working sessions with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and OperationsCapture key decisions and translate them into structured documentationSupport ongoing initiatives with data-driven analysis and consistent follow-throughQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with process mapping and documentationFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting/dashboard tools is a plusExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with GTM processes or Revenue OperationsKnowledge of pipeline management and sales metricsBasic understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools, etc.)
