We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead our online communities.
* Lead daily interactions on social media platforms and forums, fostering a welcoming environment and maintaining community standards.
* Organize engaging events such as AMAs, Q&As, user features, and community challenges to boost participation and community spirit.
* Monitor user sentiment trends, gather feedback, and share actionable insights with the product, support, and marketing teams.
* Ensure community health by tracking metrics (active users, retention, engagement) and suggesting strategic improvements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience managing or moderating active online communities and possess strong writing and communication skills. They should also be fluent in English (written & spoken).
Requirements
* Proven experience managing virtual community events.
* In-depth knowledge of moderation tools and features for Reddit and Discord.
* Able to foster trust in a community environment and make decisions with empathy.
* Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Nice-to-Have
* Background in journalism, digital communication, or privacy-related fields.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Telegram, Slack, or Facebook Groups.
* Experience creating engaging community content.
